The backbone of Camp GROW is our exceptional staff, a diverse team of teachers, education students, outdoor professionals, college athletes, coaches, artists, and young professionals. We carefully select only the most dedicated and qualified individuals, many of whom grew up as campers at Camp GROW. Don’t worry if you’ve never been to camp before—we welcome staff from across the United States and around the world, bringing unique perspectives and experiences to our program.
Our staff are fun, mature, and knowledgeable, with a shared passion for creating a safe, high-quality experience for every camper. They provide expert instruction in our activities, while also serving as mentors and role models. Simply put, our staff are what make Camp GROW an extraordinary place.
