Refund Policy
Cancel On or Before May 15
Full refunds are available for cancellations made by May 15, minus the $200 non-refundable deposit per session.
Cancel After May 15
Cancellations made after May 15 are subject to a $250 charge per session, per child, in addition to the non-refundable deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
Cancel After June 10
No refunds are issued for cancellations after the camp season begins.
Cancellation Options
For cancellations made after May 15 and before June 10, we offer the following flexible options:
1. Transfer to Another Session or Program: Move your registration to another session within the same calendar year, subject to availability.
2. Apply Funds as a Credit: Use your payment as a credit for another camp experience in the same year. (Credits not used in the same year will not be refunded.)
3. Donate Your Funds: Contribute all or part of your payment to support the camps operation.
4. Request a Refund: Receive a refund, less the $250 cancellation fee and $200 non-refundable deposit. (No refunds are available after the camp season begins.)
Refund Timelines
Refunds via check will be issued within two weeks.
Credit card refunds will be processed within five business days.
Changing Sessions
Before May 15: Session changes are free, but subject to availability.
After June 1: A $50 transfer fee applies, and changes are only accommodated if space is available.
No Shows
Participants who do not attend their registered session for any reason (including illness or vacation) and fail to notify Camp GROW by the refund/credit deadlines will not receive a refund or credit.
