Are you ready to take your camp experience to the next level? Camp GROWâs Staff-in-Training (SIT) program is a two-week leadership adventure designed for teens completing 10th and 11th grade. This program equips you with the skills to become a future leaderâwhether at Camp GROW or beyond!

How the Program Works
Orientation & Training
Kick things off on the first day with an engaging session to learn the ropes and set expectations.Mentorship

Take charge by leading transitions, games, teambuilding exercises, and even camp-wide activities. You’ll build skills like managing behavior, conflict resolution, and creating positive camper relationships.Reflection

Who Can Apply?
To join the SIT program, you must:
Be 16-17 years old and in high school
Live in a cabin with up to ten campers, assisting with their leadership and guidance
Participate in daily instructor duties, while receiving constructive feedback
Uphold Camp GROWâs rules, traditions, and âKids Firstâ vision
Have a genuine interest in working with children and ensuring a safe, fun, and positive camp experience
