Jeff Goltz

Jeff moved to Wyoming in 1982 to follow his dream of being a mountain man. He gained valuable experience through a variety of positions including feeding 450 head of elk through the winter in the Upper Green River Valley for the Wyoming Game & Fish Department; guiding hunters in search of elk, moose, deer and antelope; and starting his own small business designing custom made sewn products. That later endeavor became his full-time job as his development and manufacture of industrial safety and emergency medical products took off and his Nocora label can still be found around the world.

No longer busy guiding up to 25 employees in various sewing tasks or hunters looking for elk, Jeff retreats to the woods of the Wind River Mountains to hunt for his own freezer, fish for trout, or just camp out under the stars. He also volunteers, serving on the Children’s Discovery Center pre-school board (and previously on the Children’s Learning Center board) and is an active member of the Pinedale Lions Club. He’s pretty handy on the oars when Camp GROW needs an extra set of arms.

Jeff has 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren (and another on the way). Granddaughter Amelia attended Camp GROW for two years and gained noticeable confidence. Jeff and his partner Mindi Crabb spend all the time they can in the mountains, continuing his life of high adventure.
