About

The Green River Outreach for Wilderness “Camp GROW” is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in the spring of 2009. Camp GROW operates from the 857-Acre Mountain Springs Ranch in the foothills of the Wind River Range and the Bridger Wilderness.

To provide a positive camp experience for children and young adults, fostering respect and caring for wilderness through adventure and faith.

The Mountain Springs Ranch is home to most species of wildlife common to the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem and was originally homesteaded as a trout rearing station, supplying fingerlings to the Bridger Teton National Forest. The entire ranch property has been placed under a Conservation Easement, ensuring the natural wildness of this special place for generations to come!

The Mountain Springs Ranch provides Camp GROW with plenty of space for activities with the following assets:

Five ponds stocked with trout for campers to land that big one
An archery range for future ‘William Tell’ archers
NRA Standard marksmanship range
Private access to 260-acre Soda Lake for swimming, canoeing and camping
Secure equestrian training arena with large tack room and all-weather saddling corral
Over 24 miles of private hiking and horseback riding trails
A 3000-sqft main lodge and dining room with an irrigated lawn both front and back
Three bunkhouses with a 40 bunk capacity for campers and counselors
