Making Summer Camp Accessible for All

At Camp GROW, we are committed to ensuring that every child who dreams of attending camp has the opportunity to do so, regardless of their family’s financial circumstances. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we proudly offer financial assistance to support families. Camp GROW subsidies range from 25% to 50% of the listed camper fees, based on demonstrated need and demand.

Application Deadline

To be considered for a campership, please submit your application by May 15, 2025. As funds are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, we encourage families to apply as early as possible.

Eligibility Guidelines

Eligibility for camperships is determined based on household income, family size, and any extenuating circumstances.

Campership qualification is based on 200% of the annual income guidelines listed in the 2024 National Poverty Guidelines (Shown below).

How to Apply

1. Register Your Child: Complete your camp registration online. Please note that registration is required to reserve a spot at camp, and a $200 deposit is due at the time of registration.

2. Submit the Campership Application: After registering, fill out the online Campership Application.

   • If you do not qualify for assistance, your deposit is fully refundable.

   • If making a deposit is not feasible at this time, please contact us to explore alternative options.

Notification and Timeline

Once your application is submitted:

• Campership applications will be reviewed, and financial needs will be verified within seven business days.

• Upon approval, the campership will be applied directly to your existing registration in the form of a credit.

• If your child is not yet registered, you will have 14 days from the date of campership approval to complete registration. After this time, the funds may be reallocated to other families in need.
