Campership Program

Making Summer Camp Accessible for All

At Camp GROW, we are committed to ensuring that every child who dreams of attending camp has the opportunity to do so, regardless of their family’s financial circumstances. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we proudly offer financial assistance to support families. Camp GROW subsidies range from 25% to 50% of the listed camper fees, based on demonstrated need and demand.

Application Deadline

To be considered for a campership, please submit your application by May 15. As funds are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, we encourage families to apply as early as possible.

Eligibility Guidelines

Eligibility for camperships is determined based on household income, family size, and any extenuating circumstances.

Campership qualification is based on 200% of the annual income guidelines listed in the National Poverty Guidelines (Shown below).

How to Apply

1. Submit the Campership Application: Complete the online Campership Application.
2. Once your application is submitted, your Campership application will be reviewed, and financial needs will be verified within seven business days.
3. Upon approval, a campership coupon  will be sent to you via email.
4. You will have 14 days from the date of campership approval to complete your campers’s registration using the campership coupon. After this time, the funds may be reallocated to other families in need.
