Cancel On or Before May 15th
Fifty-Percent (50%) of your fees are refunded for cancellations made by May 15th.
Cancel After May 15th
No refunds are issued for cancellations after May 15th.
Cancellation Options
For cancellations made after May 15th, we offer the following flexible options:
1. Transfer to Another Session or Program: Move your registration to another session within the same calendar year, subject to availability.
2. Apply Funds as a Credit: Use your payment as a credit for another camp experience in the same year. (Credits not used in the same year will not be refunded.)
3. Donate Your Funds: Contribute all or part of your payment to support the camps operation.
Refund Timelines
Credit card refunds will be processed within five business days.
Changing Sessions
Before May 15th: Session changes are free, but subject to availability.
After June 1: A $50 transfer fee applies, and changes are only accommodated if space is available.
No Shows
Participants who do not attend their registered session for any reason (including illness or vacation) and fail to notify Camp GROW by the refund/credit deadlines will not receive a refund or credit.
